Ann Whitely-Gillen

Ann has spent years honing her fitness instructor skills and experience. She has established a client base of women looking for a connection to body, mind and spirit. She is motivated by her passion for life and her desire to not only help women achieve their maximum fitness goals—but to empower them with body positivity and self-love. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands what it takes to be able to overcome fear and applies empathy and encouragement as the foundation of her teaching methods.

“As a breast cancer survivor, I know first-hand what it means to feel lost both physically and spiritually. I had an amazing experience with a Pilates instructor who helped me regain my inner strength and get me back to being fit again—I see this as my opportunity to pay it forward.”
